Byron Bay Eats

Byron Bay Eats

You've got just one day in Byron Bay - where would you eat?

The East Coast - Tasmania

The East Coast - Tasmania

After a couple of days in the Huon we moved on again and met up once more with our three offspring in Hobart. Together we headed up the East Coast to stay at a small coastal town called Swanwick. Bruny Island runs along the south-eastern coast of Tasmania and is separated from mainland Tasmania by the D’Entrecasteaux Channel. Some days are just fun days!  You can plan as best as you can plan, and then there are the moments you could never have planned. This past month I have been traveling a bit doing cooking shows, around Australia. I have met some wonderful people. In the midst of it all, I have had more 'not planned' moments unexpectedly delight me, than I have time to share.
