At this time we only ship within Australia.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Once orders are received, there will be strictly no refunds other than for defective merchandise.
Jane Grover Pty Ltd provides an undertaking to all our customers that goods leave our premises in 100% perfect condition. Should those goods, not be received by you in 100% perfect condition, then it will be considered the responsibility of the Carrier and should be pursued directly with them. All our goods are shipped via Australia Post.
All items must be inspected on arrival by the customer. Any defective goods must be notified to Jane Grover Pty Ltd staff within 48 hours of receiving. We will not be responsible for any defect unless we are notified within this time period.
Defects and damage that are not legitimate as claims are those that appear by accident, negligence, irregular use, wear and tear or through not having complied with the Care Guide Labels.
Merchandise will not be accepted as returned if it is not in its original packaging and intact.
Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the defective goods. No refunds are offered after 48 hours.
Refunds will be issued by credit to the nominated credit card.
Refunds will only be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and the respective state Sale of Goods Act legislation.
